Chef / Owner Noah Koehn

"I started as a dishwasher in rural Minnesota at the age of 14. I was shocked to see the organized chaos of a kitchen during a busy service, and I knew immediately that I had found my place...."

This dinner party was based around a tomato theme, from decorations to the food, the beautiful abundance of fresh tomatoes were the highlight. Each course incorporated a tomato as an element in the dish, yes even the dessert!
